Oceanfront views from every room are stunning. The delay in check-in was frustrating. Enjoyed live music at the connected restaurant. Pool area was smaller than I expected and could get crowded.

My room was dirty, with cockroaches everywhere. It’s disgusting to pay a premium and find bugs in your space. I honestly expect better hygiene when I’m traveling, especially for the price I paid.

The location is perfect, right near the beach and boardwalk! My ocean view was stunning, and I loved the clean, spacious room. The friendly staff made everything feel special, and I could easily access the outdoor pool and restaurant whenever I wanted.

Incredible location right on the boardwalk. You can sit on the balcony and watch the waves roll in. Beautiful views. The room? Clean, but certainly outdated. The bed? Not luxurious, but adequate for short stays. Hot water works perfectly, which is essential. The pool looked inviting but was too cold for comfort. Parking can be problematic—limited space, necessitating overflow parking. Coffee and a grab-and-go breakfast are a nice touch. Customer service was attentive. The restaurant seemed popular, but we ran out of time to try it. a solid choice for adults. If you're seeking luxury, look elsewhere. This hotel offers a decent, budget-friendly option in a stunning location.

Great beach location and friendly staff upon check-in. The poolside room was convenient for watching the kids swim. maintenance issues cropped up; the toilet struggled to flush, and the couch was in dire need of cleaning. The moldy smell in the hallways and outdated decor were noticeable, but the hot water was fantastic when it worked. Valet service was a huge help, especially as a single mom. The atmosphere could be fun, yet the lingering odor and cleanliness left something to be desired. Would consider returning next year, but only if improvements are made.

The room featured a comfortable bed and an updated bathroom that were both clean and visually appealing. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, making mornings special. the air conditioner was noisy and ineffective. There were cleanliness issues, with stains on the chaise lounge and carpet, and hair found in the sheets. Unfortunately, we faced inconsistent hot water and the TV didn’t function. Although the location was perfect and the nearby restaurant offered delicious food with live music, the overall room experience left much to be desired.

the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a nice sitting area where we could relax after a long day of exploring. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided in the bathroom, it was a nice added touch. there were some areas that could use improvement. The carpeted floor in the room seemed a bit old and could benefit from a thorough cleaning or potentially replacing. while the housekeeping service was not offered daily, we did have to request new towels and the trash was not emptied promptly. This made the room feel a bit unkempt at times. the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our overall experience more pleasant. The valet parking service was convenient, although the limited parking spaces at the hotel itself could be a downside for some guests. It would have been helpful if more information was provided about local tours or attractions at the front desk, as we had to do our own research. In terms of amenities, I was slightly disappointed that there were no ironing facilities in the room, as we had some wrinkled clothes from traveling. while the air conditioning worked well, the heating seemed a bit inconsistent at times.

We enjoyed fantastic opportunities for snorkeling and water skiing right at our doorstep. The vibrant marine life and exhilarating water activities kept everyone entertained. The convenience and beauty of the ocean just a stone's throw away truly made our family vacation memorable.
My wife says that a kids' play area would have been a fantastic addition for families with children.

Went scuba diving and water skiing, mad vibes. Balcony views were epic, and the beach was a vibe. Staff were chill & location was prime.
Needed a lit rooftop bar or club for us young party animals to get wild after hours! 🎉.

The hotel is in an amazing location, right on the boardwalk and beach, offering a beautiful view of the waves. The staff is friendly and the customer service is great. there are free amenities like hot coffee in the mornings and a grab & go breakfast.
The hotel is outdated and needs remodeling. Parking is limited and there were delays in check-in.

The location was great, right by the beach, and the room was clean. Some staff members were friendly and helpful.
There were issues with the room, like a damaged front door and no hot water in the shower. Limited parking spaces and dim lighting were also a downside.

We had a fantastic stay at Ascend Hotel on our recent trip. the room was clean and comfortable, with an oceanfront balcony offering stunning views. the housekeeping team was exceptionally friendly and thorough, and the staff went out of their way to keep the place clean. We enjoyed easy access to the ocean and appreciated the amenities in the room, including the refrigerator and microwave. Free parking was convenient, and we had no issues with noise. the modern design and comfortable bed made for a great stay, and we will definitely return.
